Statement of Client’s Responsibilities
Reciprocal trust, courtesy and respect are the hallmarks of the advisor-client relationship. Within that relationship, the client looks to the advisor for expertise, education, sound judgment, protection, advocacy and representation. These expectations can be achieved only if the client fulfills the following responsibilities:
The client is expected to treat the advisor and the advisor's staff with courtesy and consideration.
The client's relationship with the advisor must be one of complete candor and the advisor must be apprised of all facts or circumstances of the matter being handled by the advisor even if the client believes that those facts may be incidental or immaterial to achieving the client’s objectives. Client will furnish advisor all information material to managing the client account or financial plan, including tax returns, investment statements, social security statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and any other information necessary to accomplish the client’s aims, goals and objectives as requested by the advisor.
The client must honor the fee arrangement as agreed to with the advisor, in accordance with the retainer agreement.
All bills for services rendered which are tendered to the client pursuant to the agreed upon fee arrangement should be paid promptly.

The client may withdraw from the advisor-client relationship, subject to
financial commitments under the agreed to fee the arrangement as stated
in the client agreement.
Client acknowledges that the advisor is governed by the SEC, NASD and other governing bodies that set forth strict adherence to rules and regulations.
Client is expected to return all phone calls, emails and correspondence in a timely fashion in order for advisor to service your account.
If client is unable to attend a client/advisor meeting, client is expected to give the advisor a minimum of 24 hours advance notice, or provide notification as soon as possible.
The client should maintain contact with the advisor, promptly notify the advisor of any change in telephone number or address and respond promptly to a request by the advisor for information and cooperation.
A advisor is under no obligation to accept a client if the advisor determines that our assistance may not help the client to achieve their stated objectives.
